The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA) and the visiting Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA), observed Loganville's basketball team overwhelm Apalachee by a margin of 66-41.

The Red Devils (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarke Central (Athens, GA). The Gladiators come into the AAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Clarke Central was trounced by Jackson County (Jefferson, GA), 39-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the East Jackson Eagles (Commerce, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Apalachee will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record.
