The Dike-New Hartford Wolverines basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Columbus Sailors to 25 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Aplington-Parkersburg for a North Iowa Cedar - East game on Tuesday, December 17. Dike-New Hartford will play a Falcons team coming off a 51-45 league loss to Hudson (Hudson, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Columbus falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Sailors host Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA) to play the Wahawks in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Wahawks go into the game with a record of 3-2. Waterloo West lost 67-48 in their recent league game against Kennedy (Cedar Rapids, IA)
