In Friday's league contest, the visiting Moses Lake Mavericks basketball team scored a big 47-26 triumph over the Wenatchee Panthers.
The Mavericks (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Eisenhower (Yakima, WA). The Cadets go into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Eisenhower was trounced by Hermiston (Hermiston, WA), 75-69, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Sunnyside Grizzlies (Sunnyside, WA) in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 contest, on Saturday, December 14. Wenatchee will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 58-51 non-league loss to Grandview (Grandview, WA).
