Nevada High School Basketball - White Pine routed by Needles

December 13, 2024: Ely, NV 89301

The Needles Mustangs bounced the host White Pine Bobcats basketball squad by a final score of 58-34 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Mustangs face the Lincoln County Lynx (Panaca, NV) in a 2A Southern outing, on Saturday, December 14. Needles will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Lynx enter the outing with a 3-2 record after their 53-48 non-league win over Moapa Valley (Overton, NV).

The Bobcats (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Adelson (Las Vegas, NV). The enter the 2A Southern outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Adelson was overwhelmed by GV Christian (Henderson, NV), 65-28, in a league outing.
