In Friday's non-league contest, the host Pine Bluffs Hornets basketball team scored a good 39-22 triumph over the South Bison.
The Hornets (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mitchell (Mitchell, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Mitchell was toppled by Lingle-Fort Laramie (Lingle, WY), 51-33, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bison confront the Guernsey-Sunrise Vikings (Guernsey, WY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. South will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
