The Red Knights (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Island Coast (Cape Coral, FL). The Gators enter the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Island Coast was edged by Ida Baker (Cape Coral, FL), 8-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Tritons battle the Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL) in a 5A D11 battle, on Tuesday, December 17. Mariner will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Green Wave enter the battle with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Gulf Coast (Naples, FL).
