The Lakes Lancers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Capital Cougars to 36 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to River Ridge for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Lakes will confront a Hawks team coming off a 70-56 non-league loss to Timberline (Lacey, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Capital falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 4-0. Enumclaw won 55-22 in their recent non-league game against Kentlake (Kent, WA)
