The Patriots (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, East Burke prevailed over Maiden (Maiden, NC), 63-39, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Black Hawks encounter the A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. North Buncombe will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Crest (Shelby, NC).
