Texas High School Basketball - Houston Math Science & Tech fells Cesar E. Chavez

The Houston Math Science & Tech Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Cesar E. Chavez Lobos to 37 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a non-league outing on Monday, December 29.

The Lobos (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lamar (Houston, TX). The Texans come into the 6A Region III District 18 outing with a 2-11 record. In their last outing, Lamar was defeated by Westside (Houston, TX), 60-49, in a non-league game.
