Texas High School Basketball - Turner nudges Wyatt

December 13, 2025: Carrollton, TX 75006

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Turner Lions (Carrollton, TX) and the visiting Wyatt Chaparrals (Fort Worth, TX), observed Turner's basketball team edge Wyatt by a score of 70-67.

The Lions (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Irving (Irving, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Irving edged South Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 72-53, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chaparrals encounter the Young Men's Leadership Academy (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 16. Wyatt will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The come into the battle with a 9-3 record after their 61-44 non-league win over Summit International Prep (Arlington, TX).
