In Wednesday's league outing, the Austin Panthers (Austin, PA) basketball squad beat the host Northern Potter Panthers (Ulysses, PA), by a margin of 68-48.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Oswayo Valley (Shinglehouse, PA). The Green Wave go into the North Tier outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Oswayo Valley was topped by Galeton (Galeton, PA), 69-59, in a league outing.

The Panthers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Otto-Eldred for a North Tier outing on Friday, December 16. Northern Potter will clash with a Terrors squad coming off a 52-41 non-league win over Sheffield (Sheffield, PA). The Terrors record now stands at 3-0.
