Wayne Warriors (Huber Heights, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Springfield Wildcats (Springfield, OH), 58-19 in a league bout.
With the win, Wayne upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Fairmont (Kettering, OH) to play the Firebirds in a Greater Western Ohio bout on Saturday, December 17. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Fairmont lost 65-46 in their recent league bout against Centerville (Centerville, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Beavercreek Beavers (Beavercreek, OH) in a Greater Western Ohio bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
