Oswego Bucs (Oswego, NY) followers left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team nip the host Canton Golden Bears (Canton, NY), 3-2 in a non-league match.
The Bucs (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Lake Placid/Saranac Lake (Lake Placid, NY). The Bombers enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Lake Placid/Saranac Lake was nipped by Franklin Academy (Malone, NY), 11-1, in a league match.
Next up, the Golden Bears clash with the Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 16. Canton will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 5-4 league loss to Franklin Academy (Malone, NY).
