Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Yelm Tornados (Yelm, WA), 38-11 in a league bout.

With the victory, Peninsula upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to North Thurston (Lacey, WA) to play the Rams in a bout on Friday, December 16. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Tornados play the Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) in a bout, on Friday, January 20. Yelm will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
