In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Chaparral Pumas soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Vista del Lago Ravens.
The Pumas (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Ramona was nudged by Redlands (Redlands, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
