North Carolina High School Basketball - East Davidson overwhelmed by Southwestern Randolph

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host East Davidson Golden Eagles to 27 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cougars now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Randleman for a contest on Friday, December 16. Southwestern Randolph will battle a Tigers team coming off a 58-34 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 5-5.

The Golden Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Rowan (Spencer, NC). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, North Rowan triumphed over South Davidson (Denton, NC), 76-16, in a non-league contest.
