Bath County Chargers (Hot Springs, VA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Richwood Lumberjacks (Richwood, WV), 62-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bath County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to Highland (Monterey, VA) to play the Rams in a Pioneer bout on Friday, December 15. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Highland won 38-36 in their recent league bout against Craig County (New Castle, VA)

Next up, the Lumberjacks play the Highland Rams (Monterey, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Richwood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 59-48 league win over Bath County (Hot Springs, VA).
