White Lake Lakers (White Lake, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bowler Panthers (Bowler, WI), 56-27 in a league bout.

With the win, White Lake upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Lakers travel to Tri-County (Plainfield, WI) to play the Penguins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Penguins go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Tri-County lost 79-34 in their recent league bout against Almond-Bancroft (Almond, WI)

Next up, the Panthers play the Rosholt Hornets (Rosholt, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Bowler will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 34-32 league loss to Wild Rose (Wild Rose, WI).
