Wisconsin High School Basketball - Gibraltar can't hold off Peshtigo

The Peshtigo Bulldogs basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Gibraltar Vikings to 56 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oconto Falls for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Peshtigo will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-55 league loss to Waupaca (Waupaca, WI). The Panthers record now stands at 2-5.
The Vikings (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI). The Pioneers enter the Packerland contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Sevastopol was nudged by Algoma (Algoma, WI), 54-40, in a league contest.
