Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), 67-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Kennett upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Blue Demons host Collegium Charter (Exton, PA) to clash with the Cougar in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Cougar go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Collegium Charter won 48-43 in their recent league bout against Calvary Christian Academy (Philadelphia, PA)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Oxford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Vanguards go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 64-63 non-league win over Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA).
