Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets (New Rockford, ND) and the visiting St. John Woodchucks (St. John, ND), saw New Rockford-Sheyenne's basketball squad wallop St. John by a tally of 71-50.
With the victory, New Rockford-Sheyenne improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Mandan (Mandan, ND) to play the Braves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Mandan lost 90-78 in their recent league challenge against Jamestown (Jamestown, ND)
Next up, the Woodchucks play the Towner-Granville-Upham Titans (Towner, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. St. John will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
