Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH), 57-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Washington upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers host Ursuline (Youngstown, OH) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Leopards play the Canton Central Catholic Crusaders (Canton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Louisville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 39-34 non-league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, OH).
