Bound Brook Crusaders (Bound Brook, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Belvidere County Seaters (Belvidere, NJ), 52-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Bound Brook upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Crusaders host Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Middlesex lost 42-32 in their recent non-league bout against J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ)

Next up, the County Seaters play the Manville Mustangs (Manville, NJ) in a Skyland - Mountain bout, on Thursday, December 21. Belvidere will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
