Connecticut High School Basketball - Morgan tops Cromwell

December 14, 2023: Cromwell, CT 06416

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) and the host Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT), saw Morgan's basketball squad knock off Cromwell by a count of 45-36.

With the victory, Morgan upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT) to play the Rams in a Shoreline challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Old Saybrook won 50-35 in their recent league challenge against Hale Ray (Moodus, CT)

Next up, the Panthers play the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Cromwell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
