The Fort Walton Beach Vikings basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Niceville Eagles to 36 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Navarre for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Fort Walton Beach will meet a Raiders team coming off a 48-30 league win over Crestview (Crestview, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 2-7.

The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Choctawhatchee (Fort Walton Beach, FL). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Choctawhatchee was nudged by Booker T. Washington (Pensacola, FL), 52-43, in a league contest.
