Northside Eagles (Warner Robins, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Howard Huskies (Macon, GA), 36-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northside upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles host Perry (Perry, GA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Perry lost 80-28 in their recent league bout against Griffin (Griffin, GA)

Next up, the Huskies play the Westside Seminoles (Macon, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Howard will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
