Ohio High School Basketball - Mansfield Senior overwhelms Lexington

December 14, 2023: Mansfield, OH 44902

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Mansfield Senior Tygers (Mansfield, OH) and the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, OH), saw Mansfield Senior's basketball squad wallop Lexington by a count of 70-33.

With the victory, Mansfield Senior upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Tygers host Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, OH) to play the Yellowjackets in a Ohio Cardinal challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Mt. Vernon won 44-37 in their recent league challenge against Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH)

Next up, the Minutemen play the Madison Comprehensive Rams (Mansfield, OH) in a Ohio Cardinal challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 44-37 league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, OH).
