The Neillsville Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Loyal Greyhounds to 14 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilman for a Cloverbelt - East contest on Tuesday, December 19. Neillsville will battle a Pirates team coming off a 36-33 league loss to Greenwood (Greenwood, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 4-5.
The Greyhounds (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stratford (Stratford, WI). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Stratford triumphed over Newman (Wausau, WI), 38-27, in a league contest.
