Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Summit will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 66-35 non-league win over Hillside (Hillside, NJ).
