The Williamson Warriors (Tioga, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA), 47-37 in Thursday's league test.

The Warriors (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Troy (Troy, PA). The Trojans go into the Northern Tier - Large test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Troy went down by Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA), 39-30, in a non-league test.

The Black Knights now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Wyalusing Valley for a Northern Tier - Large test on Wednesday, January 3.
