Nevada High School Basketball - Douglas can't hold off Reno

The Reno Huskies basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the host Douglas Tigers to 23 in the Huskies league victory on Thursday.

The Huskies now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carson for a contest on Saturday, December 16. Reno will battle a Senators team coming off a 45-29 league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Senators record now stands at 5-1.

The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners come into the contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Bishop Manogue edged Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 44-16, in a league contest.
