The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Arroyo Knights (El Monte, CA) and the visiting Mountain View Vikings (El Monte, CA), saw Arroyo's soccer squad beat Mountain View by a count of 5-1.

The Knights now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rosemead for a Mission Valley test on Tuesday, December 19. Arroyo will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Marshall (Pasadena, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-8.

With the loss, Mountain View drops to 4-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Santa Ana Valley (Santa Ana, CA) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-6. Santa Ana Valley lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against La Quinta (Westminster, CA)
