Southeast Lauderdale Tigers (Meridian, MS) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Magee Trojans (Magee, MS), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Magee Trojans (Magee, MS) in a Class 1 Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Southeast Lauderdale will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record.

The Trojans now have a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. Magee will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 7-0 league loss to East Central (Moss Point, MS). The War Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
