North Carolina High School Basketball - Manteo can't hold off Holmes

The Holmes Aces basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Manteo Redskins to 64 in the Aces non-league victory on Thursday.
The Aces now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host J.H. Rose for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Holmes will battle a Rampants team coming off a 46-35 league win over South Central (Winterville, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 6-2.
The Redskins (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
