California High School Basketball - Pierce ripped by Sutter

The Sutter Huskies basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Pierce Bears to 38 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Huskies now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Las Plumas for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Sutter will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 51-23 non-league win over Colusa (Colusa, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 9-4.

The Bears (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Williams (Williams, CA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Williams was routed by Yreka (Yreka, CA), 58-15, in a non-league contest.
