California High School Basketball - Ocean View can't hold off Buena Park

Buena Park Coyotes (Buena Park, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Ocean View Seahawks (Huntington Beach, CA), 66-64 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Buena Park advances its record to 3-8 on the year. The Coyotes host Kennedy (La Palma, CA) to face the Fighting Irish in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Fighting Irish enter the match with a record of 9-4.

The Seahawks now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westminster for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. Ocean View will face a Lions squad coming off a 68-51 non-league loss to Buckley (Sherman Oaks, CA). The Lions record now stands at 4-7.
