In Saturday's league contest, the host Geneva Vikings basketball team scored a good 53-44 triumph over the Glenbard North Panthers.
The Vikings (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Whip-Purs go into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) in a DuKane contest, on Friday, December 20. Glenbard North will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Lancers go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 55-32 non-league loss to Central (Burlington, IL).
