The Glass Hilltoppers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Spotswood Trailblazers to 52 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hilltoppers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fleming for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Glass will confront a Colonels team coming off a 54-45 non-league loss to George Washington (Danville, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Spotswood falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Trailblazers host William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA) to confront the Dragons in a Valley game on Tuesday, December 17. The Dragons go into the game with a record of 5-0. William Monroe won 58-40 in their recent non-league game against Madison County (Madison, VA)
