The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Trousdale County (Hartsville, TN). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Trousdale County was knocked off by Jackson County (Gainesboro, TN), 79-44, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls encounter the Beech Buccaneers (Hendersonville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Smith County will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 48-32 non-league win over White House-Heritage (White House, TN).
