Illinois High School Basketball - Hancock held off by Kennedy

In Saturday's non-league test, the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) basketball squad got by the visiting Hancock Eagles (Chicago, IL), by a score of 54-50.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Dunbar Mightymen (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White Central test, on Tuesday, December 17. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Mightymen come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 65-40 league win over Longwood (Chicago, IL).

The Eagles (1-11) will now prepare for their test against St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Vikings come into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, St. Laurence held off Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL), 55-53, in a non-league test.
