The Cardinals (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Piedmont Hills prevailed over Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA), 60-51, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets battle the Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 16. James Lick will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 46-40 non-league loss to Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
