The Lawton Wolverines nipped the visiting Memorial Chargers basketball squad by a final score of 69-67 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Wolverines clash with the Classen SAS Comets (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 5A District 2 outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Lawton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-0 season record. The Comets enter the outing with a 4-3 record after their 56-55 non-league win over Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, OK).

The Chargers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK). The Tigers enter the 5A District 4 outing with a 1-2 record.
