Texas High School Basketball - New Home victorious over Ropes

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host New Home Leopards basketball team scored a good 46-27 triumph over the Ropes Eagles.
The Leopards (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Lubbock, TX). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 11-0 record. In their last contest, Liberty topped Childress (Childress, TX), 66-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Morton Indians (Morton, TX) in a 2A Region I District 5 contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Ropes will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 75-34 non-league loss to Farwell (Farwell, TX).
