Illinois High School Basketball - Mundelein nips Stevenson

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Mundelein Mustangs basketball team scored a close 31-27 triumph over the Stevenson Patriots.
The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Wauconda was tipped by Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 55-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Patriots encounter the Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Stevenson will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
