Kansas High School Basketball - Phillipsburg routs Smith Center

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Phillipsburg Panthers basketball team scored a big 56-25 win over the Smith Center Redmen.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ellis (Ellis, KS). The Railroaders come into the Mid-Continent contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Ellis Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS), 0-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Redmen battle the Washington County Tigers (Washington, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Smith Center will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 54-30 non-league win over Wakefield (Wakefield, KS).
