Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Sun Valley can't get by Ridley

The Sun Valley Vanguards basketball squad (Aston, PA), was nudged 44-39 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Ridley Raiders (Folsom, PA)

With the victory, Ridley advances its record to 1-3 on the year. The Raiders host Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA) to meet the Aces in a Central battle on Tuesday, December 17. The Aces enter the battle with a record of 2-3. Lower Merion won 47-41 in their recent non-league battle against Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Flourtown, PA)

The Vanguards now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Great Valley for a Ches-Mont - American battle on Tuesday, December 17. Sun Valley will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 38-24 non-league loss to Coatesville (Coatesville, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
