Nebraska High School Basketball - Superior overwhelms Wilber-Clatonia

December 14, 2024: Superior, NE 68978

The Superior Wildcats basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines to 14 in the Wildcats league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Blue Hill for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Superior will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 37-27 non-league loss to St. Cecilia (Hastings, NE). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Wilber-Clatonia falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 4-1. Sandy Creek won 52-46 in their recent non-league game against Holdrege (Holdrege, NE)
