The Skutt Catholic SkyHawks basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Papillion-LaVista Monarchs to 50 in the SkyHawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The SkyHawks now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux City East for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Papillion-LaVista falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Omaha Central (Omaha, NE) to confront the Eagles in a game on Monday, December 16. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
