In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Chatfield Chargers ice hockey team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Dakota Ridge Eagles.

The Chargers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Wolverines go into the 5A League 1 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Chaparral was routed by Heritage (Littleton, CO), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Grandview Wolves (Aurora, CO) in a 5A League 3 contest, on Friday, December 20. Dakota Ridge will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 4-2 league loss to Heritage (Littleton, CO).
