The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Deerfield Academy Big Green (Deerfield, MA) and the visiting Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars (Wallingford, CT), witnessed Deerfield Academy's ice hockey team defeat Choate Rosemary Hall School by a score of 3-1.

The Big Green (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT). The Beavers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Avon Old Farms by Taft School (Watertown, CT), 3-1, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wild Boars battle the Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) in a challenge, on Monday, December 16. Choate Rosemary Hall School will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Pelicans come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Canterbury School (New Milford, CT).
